TMR Patient: Martin Gordon, MD
Condition: Cubital Tunnel Syndrome
Symptoms: The Patient was experiencing extreme pain affecting sleep and quality of life. The patient also exhibited numbness in the ring and pinky fingers, and very limited ability to use his arm and hand.
Physician Recommendations: The patient received three opinions for treatment, and all recommended surgery. TMR treatment and protocol: In an effort to avoid surgery, the patient tried TMR treatments. Initial treatments were approximately 30 minutes in duration, and were as frequent as 3x week based on patients schedule and availability.
Outcome: At one week, the patient began to experience a significant reduction in pain and a marked improvement in function. With continued treatments, the improvement became much more substantial and enduring, and the patient felt 80% better. Subsequent treatments are now on an as needed basis, and surgery is no longer considered.
TMR Patient: Janelle Glickman, RN
Condition: Fibromyalgia
Symptoms and History: Patient has had a long-standing history of Fibromyalgia and Myofascial pain syndrome that has resulted in her inability to work (she is a licensed and registered nurse) since 1997. Her symptoms included debilitating pain, disruption of normal sleep patterns, migraine headaches and TMJ.
TMR Treatment and Protocol: In August of 2007, the patient began TMR treatment as a test subject in the TMR study on pain relief in Fibromyalgia. There were 4 treatments a week for 2 weeks. The patient responded extremely well to the treatment, and the patient chose to continue treatments for an additional two weeks. With these additional treatments, her pain had reduced to a level to where she no longer needed regularly scheduled treatments.
Outcome: The additional 10 treatments were used to continue the patients pain free status, and her sleep patterns have returned to normal status. She is now able to work again.

Outcome: In both cases, the patient experienced complete and permanent pain relief. The neuropathy pain treatments were in 2004 and the surgery in 2005.
